If your video is not playing in the Control Room or on site, and you receive the following error message:
"Sorry we were unable to play the media you selected. Please try again, or select alternate media.
Error encountered: Stream not found."
First check the "Event Date" listed in the Control Room, and make sure it is not set in the future.
To edit the "Event Date," click the "Edit" button off the Control Room thumbnail pictured above. Then, update the "Event Date" to today's date or earlier and click "Save changes" in the bottom right corner.
The event date is set upon upload, under the "Media Manager" tab, on the "Add Video" page.
